We’re taking every precaution to ensure the safety of our team and our customers in light of continuing developments related to COVID-19. We have made numerous changes throughout our operation, including at The Reeve, where we are no longer holding open house events.
Instead, we will be offering viewings by appointment and providing increased digital options, including appointments by FaceTime and video chat and we will be adding new photos and videos on our website and social media channels.

The first building at The Reeve is now complete! Residents of this building have moved into their beautiful new homes and there’s just ONE move-in ready home still available.

Construction on the first building at The Reeve is nearing completion so we’re opening the doors to our new Show Home!

Travino Gardens
Construction is also speeding ahead on the homes at Travino Gardens. The construction team is making substantial progress on the building’s common areas and outside, progress on the pond area of the Travino courtyard and landscaping is well underway.

The Reeve
We are so close to having our beautiful show home ready to welcome you at The Reeve. This 3-bedroom townhome is located in the first building of the development, which is now nearing completion. The show home will be fully furnished and will showcase the spacious layout, custom-built ins and high-end finish of these beautiful homes.
Throughout the five buildings that make up phase one of The Reeve, construction is continuing on at different stages. Our talented team of trades are busy working on framing, roofing, electrical, exterior cladding, insulation and drywall. The site is also taking shape as the civil and site work near completion and road paving gets underway.

Travino Gardens
It’s been an exciting time at Travino Gardens over the past few weeks as we have been touring homeowners on walk throughs of their new homes! They have been very impressed with the gorgeous spaces, incredible views and quality of materials and finish.
We’re heading into the home stretch for this building but there is still a lot of work to be completed. From cabinets and finishing to common area construction, the building is busy with activity inside and out. In the underground parking area, painting for parking spaces has been completed and storage lockers are under construction. The building entrance is also looking sharp with newly-completed paving.
In the vast Travino courtyard, the gazebo has been installed and the pond construction continues. Finally, work is well underway on the rooftop patio that features soaring views in all directions.

Construction on Travino Gardens is progressing each day and homeowners will soon begin their walkthroughs in the first section of the building. Just outside, the gazebo and pond installation are underway. Homes facing the courtyard at Travino have views onto this tranquil water feature area that will also include walking trails, landscaping and seating.
In the latter portion of the Travino Gardens building, work is underway to complete drywalling, painting and flooring throughout. It’s an exciting time as we move into the final months of construction at Travino. This community has been many years in the making and we’re very proud of the quality, design and innovation that have gone into the development of this beautiful, sustainable community.

The first townhomes at The Reeve will be completed very soon! Patios are being installed and finishing work has begun. Site servicing is underway and these homes will be ready for their new owners by the end of June!
Phase one at The Reeve is entirely under construction at various stages. Framing is underway on the third block of homes and roofing and windows are being installed in building two. The whole site is bustling with activity as we move into summer and work toward the completion of the next series of townhomes in the fall.

Our team has been busy! Travino Gardens is now fully enclosed and finishing on the interior and exterior of the building is steaming ahead. In the second half of the building, drywall has been completed on the 6th floor and will soon start on the 5th as our crew works their way down the building floors in stages. They will be ready to begin painting and tile finishing by the end of April. Tubs and showers for the spa-like bathrooms throughout the building have been installed and appliances will arrive on site in early May.
Outside, the solar panels for the central hot water system and Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) heating and cooling units will be craned onto the roof at Travino Gardens this week. These technologies will provide residents with comfortable temperatures at all times of the year and on-demand hot water with limited energy use and low utility costs.
At The Reeve on Viewmont Avenue, the whole of phase one is now under construction in various stages and site servicing will soon begin. The first block of four townhomes has had roofing and an innovative exterior vapour barrier installation completed. Solar panels, windows and rough-in installations are also underway. We are very excited to be moving closer to the completion of these homes, including our future show home – coming soon!
The rest of phase one is moving along with framing and foundation work continuing. Stay tuned for news of phase 2 new home releases and construction start summer 2019.
Progress continues on Travino Gardens, interior finishing is well underway in building EB. Suites will be completed by the end of February.
On building in EB, installation on the roof and windows has begun. Installation of the deck vinyl and siding will begin next week.
Plans for the construction of the water and gazebo features are in the works as well!
The Reeve
Expect to see major changes each week at The Reeve construction site as the project is in full swing. Block B1 is nearly ready for the roof to go on, expect construction of the roof to begin early February.
Framing is set to begin in early February for Block A1, while the foundation is currently being poured in block C1.
We’re very pleased with the progress at The Reeve and we expect a show home to open late Spring / early summer 2019!

A look Back at 2018
We have been busy this year as we welcomed the newest homeowners to the Travino community in the beautiful Travino Landing building. The final phase of the community, Travino Gardens was also under construction throughout the year. It has now reached its full height and interior and exterior finishing is well underway as we move toward the completion. Travino is a legacy development that has repeatedly been recognized for innovation, sustainability and style. It will soon be home more than 250 families. Just a short distance from Travino, our latest townhouse development, The Reeve, is also under construction. The first of these beautiful three-bedroom townhomes on Viewmont Avenue will be ready for their owners to move-in by the spring of 2019. So stay tuned!
We have also been honoured to receive numerous awards in 2018 including Project of the Year and Best Condominium Development for Travino Landing at theVictoria Residential Builders Association 2018 CARE Awards.
