Summer Construction Update

The Reeve

We are so close to having our beautiful show home ready to welcome you at The Reeve. This 3-bedroom townhome is located in the first building of the development, which is now nearing completion. The show home will be fully furnished and will showcase the spacious layout, custom-built ins and high-end finish of these beautiful homes.

Throughout the five buildings that make up phase one of The Reeve, construction is continuing on at different stages. Our talented team of trades are busy working on framing, roofing, electrical, exterior cladding, insulation and drywall. The site is also taking shape as the civil and site work near completion and road paving gets underway.

Travino Gardens

It’s been an exciting time at Travino Gardens over the past few weeks as we have been touring homeowners on walk throughs of their new homes! They have been very impressed with the gorgeous spaces, incredible views and quality of materials and finish.

We’re heading into the home stretch for this building but there is still a lot of work to be completed. From cabinets and finishing to common area construction, the building is busy with activity inside and out. In the underground parking area, painting for parking spaces has been completed and storage lockers are under construction. The building entrance is also looking sharp with newly-completed paving.

In the vast Travino courtyard, the gazebo has been installed and the pond construction continues. Finally, work is well underway on the rooftop patio that features soaring views in all directions.
