Mike Geric Construction is an innovator and leader in construction on Vancouver Island. We built the first six-story wood frame building on Southern Vancouver Island (Travino Square) and are currently planning the construction of a 12-storey recycled steel building (Tresah). It will be a high-performance structure that’s light on the land and planet, while offering superior soundproofing, a long building lifecycle and excellent seismic performance.
