Oakwinds

Designed by architect Eric Barker, the Oakwinds was originally planned as a 17-residence development but was reduced in size to 14 homes to save mature oak trees on the property and improve the overall esthetic of the development.

These spacious homes provide all the features of a single family home such as a double garage, formal living room and dining rooms and an eat-in kitchen. Many features downsizers are incorporated into the design at Oakwinds including main level master suites for single-floor-living.
