Heatherdale

Heatherdale is a prime example of Mike Geric Construction’s commitment to working closely with communities. The Heatherdale development benefited from extensive community consultation with the Royal Oak Community Association. The 93-residence community was completed in 2009 and includes two condo buildings and 42 townhomes. These homes range in size from 1,400-2,800 square feet with floor plans that offer flexibility and spacious interiors. Heatherdale was designed to preserve significant outdoor space for common areas and gardens throughout the property.
