Brizo 19

Brizo 19 is a collection of 19 modern lofts, condos and townhomes located in the Burnside-Gorge neighbourhood across from Mayfair Shopping Centre near a major transit route. The building features a large rooftop patio and gathering space for residents. The contemporary design and quality construction of this building have been celebrated for kicking off a revitalization of the Speed Avenue neighbourhood.

Designed by architect Eric Barker, Brizo 19 was uniquely positioned at a 45 degree angle to create a seamless connection with the neighbouring properties and the streetscape. The design also protects the historic London Plane trees that line Speed Avenue.
