Rockhome Gardens

Rockhome Gardens is family-oriented community of 30 single family homes and 38 townhomes. It is located close to Rogers Elementary School so the project included the creation of pathways to the school to provide a safe walking route for children in the neighbourhood. This development was a special project because it was previously owned by the Bruce Hutchison Family and was released for development to Mike Geric Construction because of our reputation as a family builder that works to enhance neighbourhoods. The challenging site was rezoned to create a thoughtful and comprehensive redevelopment that includes a road and site servicing. It was developed with great respect to the natural surroundings as well as its original owners.
